(1) Dispatch appropriate vehicle within 2 mins of call and give an E.T.A.
(2) On arriving
at the location of a disabled vehicle a quick informed assessment is made
with safety of
the occupants first in mind.

Once occupants are safely accommodated we then focus on the safe repair
or recovery of the
casualty vehicle.
(4)
After initial assessment if safe to do so at the location a repair will
be undertaken if the opretive
is confident a repair would be be effective and of a good standard.
(5)If
the location is not safe to undertake a repair the vehicle will be recovered
to a place of safety for
repair or recovered to location of customers choice.
